I was super excited to try out Globally Local for the first time. This place really hits the spot for vegan comfort/fast food! I ordered the Crispy ChickUn Combo. The fillet was crispy and had a nice little kick to it, and the fries were delicious! I'm definitely coming back to try out other menu items. Yum!
In town for the day and walked by this spot and decided to stop in. Got one of the sticky chicken burgers, a pizza, and a breakfast sando muffin. Hit the spot. The pizza is mid but fine for the price. The order menu was customizable and easy to use. Everything else I had was great. Would eat again.
Such an amazing fully vegan fast food joint. It was our favourite place when we lived in London, and we were soooo excited to see it open here in Toronto. The menu has so many yummy options that I highly recommend trying different ones each time. Totally worth it! My favourites are the chickun cordon bleu (add famous sauce), and now the buffalo chickun (also with the famous sauce). Recommend those if you like mock meat pattys. The Famous burger (think vegan big mac) is always a hit (highly recommend if you like veggie pattys in general). The wingalings are soooooo good too!!! (try their Korean sesame sauce). Ordering is also super efficient.
I can't wait to go back and try more! The service was really incredible. Everyone was really helpful and sweet. Altho the big mac wasn't my favourite thing i tried there it was still really good and everything else was especially supreme. I love the amount of different options. Will be back!
I love odd burger and am so happy to see their growth. The ice cream sundae and vopper are my favourites. Love the ethos of the company. Please give them a try! Here is some feedback for improvement: - low staff: short on staff makes orders take some time, even 2 simple burgers took 20 minutes - burgers were served quite cold and did not taste freshly made. However, the flavours were yummy and given more staff and care for burger presentation I’m sure they would be served up to standard. - menu should be reduced to just burgers, fries, and shakes. Removal of other items will create more efficiency in time and freshness of ingredients - improve the atmosphere with music, plants etc I hope off burger can survive and keep the Toronto community fed with delicious food for years to come! Great vegan fast food, I’ve been eating at various locations of Odd Burger since their very first one in London when it was still globally local, and I’ve always enjoyed it. While I’m not vegan, I have eaten at many vegan restaurants over the years, and I think Odd Burger has easily the best fast food. Now, in 2025, there are plenty of mainstream fast food restaurants with vegan options, but they’re typically fine but nothing to write home about. Here all of the food is tasty, the fries are on another level the “chicken” burger is the best vegan one i’ve had, and just the quantity of options and quality of each of them is unmatched by competitors.
This VEGAN restaurant offers a variety of vegan "hamburgers," "vegan (chicken) strips, fries, onion rings desserts etc. It is godsend for people with a long list of food allergies since they do not have any dairy, eggs, Peanuts, tree nuts and only have seascapes on one of their 3 choices of hamburger buns. The food is tasty and their fries and onion rings are better than most quick service restaurants. There is no order taker and one places the order using their user-friendly monitors. Tge cook is very helpful with any question about ingredients etc. During the warm weather months, they have some tables on the sidewalk.
My friend who’s a vegan brought me here as she has been ranting and raving about how good this place is for the longest time. I am not a vegetarian nor am I vegan. I very much cannot eat a meal without meat... until I came to this place! We ordered: loaded fries/fries supreme Chicken fingers Big Mac *** Least fav was the Big Mac- too messy and fell apart*** If she would have brought these to me and told me nothing- I would have assumed it was just regular meat. I would for sure come back here and eat food. Easily a 5 star rating.
